Random ramblings from my beer soaked melon about politics, religion, sex, stupidities, nature, and any other subject that penetrates the haze. Sometimes crude and not for the faint of heart or people with normal intelligence, or an abundance of common sense.

URANUS IS GROSS

Aquarius

This is a rather weird time for you as a tug-of-war develops between your inner desires and your outer expression. Don't do anything rash because your unrestrained emotions can create more problems than they relieve. Instead of reacting impulsively, place additional room between an external stimulus and your response.

Is it just me, or do you get uncomfortable when your Horoscope starts out saying that this is a rather weird time for you?

It’s almost as bad as the fact that about 40% of my predictions seem to delight in telling me that my controlling planet is Uranus.

I fully support the scientific community kicking Uranus out of the order of planets.

I have a high opinion of myself and that is a little hard to support when I keep getting horoscopes that tell me that Uranus is my controlling planet.

It’s humiliating, though I can’t fault the logic, my anus is about all I can handle anymore.

It just makes me want to hide under a rock.

Isn’t Uranus classed as a big rock now?

Go figure…

EXCELARATED EVOLUTION

Evolution is a bankrupt speculative philosophy, not a scientific fact. Only a spiritually bankrupt society could ever believe it. Only atheists could accept this satanic theory.

Jimmy Swaggart.

There have been a lot of studies released lately about evolution. One states that evolution is speeding up. Another claims that the human race is in the process of splitting into two distinct species. I think I’ll save that for later. Jimmy Swaggart has already given us the Christian opinion, although I think he and others like him are the one who go bankrupt if more people believe in science.

Human race will split into two different species. This comes from a real authority, evolutionary theorist Oliver Curry working for the London School of Economics. Does anyone else find it strange that a school of economics would employ an evolutionary theorist?

This is real H. G. Wells not research. In The Time Machine there was a division. The attractive intelligent people and a ruling elite of ugly goblin like creatures. The new report says that the attractive people are in charge and the ugly sub-species are the working class. This sounds like an elitist division that mirrors the Neocon idea of the human race. I wonder who paid for this report.

I don’t buy this by the way.

I was using Stumble Upon to bounce around sites a while ago and found one that had all sorts of information about the number of people who share certain physical traits. It listed things like the percentage of people who have an appendix. And listed a large number of things that are not shared by all humans. I know I bookmarked it but I can’t find it now. I thought we were more or less the same until I read the stuff on that site.

I tend to agree with another report now. It states that evolution is speeding up. A lot of people (including scientists) thought that modern man appeared about 40,000 years ago and hasn’t changed much since. How stupid could they be? Every time your body new cells there are changes. The worst are the ones that get labeled as one of the many types of cancer. Cancer is just cells that have mutated into forms that are so different that they kill you. I think this and pollution which is proven to speed up mutation are the real signs of accelerated evolution.

I have an immune system that works too well. It seems to think that my liver is a foreign body and attacks it. This is an extremely rare condition that they think is genetic called Autoimmune Hepatitis. It’s not good; you can’t live without a liver. I take a medicine called Imuran, and am the only person in town who takes it so my drug store better not fuck up. The pills are taken by transplant patients to keep their bodies from rejecting the spare part they have been gifted with. The kicker is that taking this medicine can cause liver damage and in the long term liver cancer. Looks like the Nit is fucked no matter what.

I found out that my family has a few other quirks too. My father went through a procedure a few years back where they put a camera in his veins. Surprise, in a place where you normally have two major paths (which means if they block one you still get oxygen to the general area) he only had one. Caused them to scrub the whole thing.

My brother and I have both been tested for something called Hereditary Homeostasis. We both carry the gene. That’s an evolutionary mutation but not a good one. I only develop the condition it creates when I take iron supplements. My brother has it without any pills. What it is, is an inability of the body to process iron. Instead if just passing it your body stores it. But it gets stored in your organs like the heart and kidneys. Funny stuff happens when iron is stored in the heart. You’ve heard of hard hearted people? That’s what happens, the muscles absorb the iron and become hard and inflexible. Not good for an organ that is a constantly moving muscle that has to stay flexible. This is another hereditary condition. In other words a hereditary mutation. Evolution at work.

My family has a rich and varied heritage. That means we didn’t care where new members came from. I am as near as I can tell a white, Cherokee, Black Irish, Scandinavian who has probably had African blood added as my first ancestor in America came here in the 1600’s an owned a big chunk of Virginia. My favorite relative is the one who was kicked out of the Maryland colony for being a drunkard in about 1680. Evolution at work as I’m sure I’m descended from his line. Evolution just taught me how to stay out of court.

Another story I read just reinforced my opinion of the story about the human split and who footed the bill for it.

In Texas the state fired their head of science education because she forwarded an E-mail without comment to others in the government who might be interested in it. The E-mail was a presentation titled, “Inside Creationism’s Trojan Horse,” by Barbara Forrest. She coauthored a book arguing that creationist politics are advancing the movement to teach intelligent design in public schools through public relations rather than scientific proof.

She didn’t even endorse it but was given administrative leave and then what she described as a forced resignation.

Evolution at work. The inmates are running the asylum.

In the hope of spurring myself into posting more before Jackiesue gives me a major bip I have found a new design for my bile broadcaster. I hope it looks okay and is easy to read as I being half blind know what it’s like to get a small font.

Then again as always I could be full of shit…
